Using what I remember about the Mussaman I have eaten in the past here is how I decided to make this dish.
I sautéed chicken, onions, red peppers, yellow potatoes ( already half cooked).
Then I poured the Mussaman Curry Sauce over the chicken and vegetables and added a little basil to the dish.
I cooked it over low heat for about 5 more minutes.
Before serving I sliced avacado and allowed it to cook 2-3 more minutes.
I served it over rice.
I thought the Mussaman Chicken dish turned out very good! I would definitely make it again.
Pretty good for my first time making Thai food at home.
